Covid Safety Policy

Community care and accessibility are central to TEMPO’s core values. To ensure the safety and comfort of every participant, and in recognition of rising COVID rates, we will be implementing accessible COVID guidelines that all campers and volunteers MUST follow to attend camp.

  • Masking with a high filtration mask (e.g. an N95, KN95, or better) will be required indoors. (Please no cloth masks!) This policy ensures camp is accessible for our immunocompromised campers, volunteers, and organizers.

  • A negative rapid test is required each day of camp. Please test before you arrive.

  • Any campers or volunteers who test positive for COVID, have COVID symptoms, and/or are feeling unwell must not attend camp, and should stay home and rest. Please communicate with a camp organizer if you will not be attending camp on a given day.

    • Please take another COVID test 7-10 days after your first positive test and let us know the results.

  • We will have plenty of personal protective equipment available, including masks, hand sanitizer, and hand washing stations. We will implement multiple hand washing breaks into our daily schedule, and will be sanitizing all equipment, supplies, and surfaces after every use.
